RETURNS

If you wish to return one or more products, please carry out the following steps within a maximum period of 15 days after receiving your order:

1) Contact us using any of the available means. We will provide you with the address to which you should send the item(s) you wish to return.

2) Place the item(s) in the packaging in which they were received. If the order shows any signs of use or damage, the return will not be accepted. If the item(s) is not accepted, you can pay for a new shipment (check shipping costs for your location) to have the product(s) returned to you.

4) After checking the status of your order, we will refund the amount of your purchase.

EXCHANGES

We don't accept exchanges. If you want to exchange a product for another, you'll have to return the item you no longer want and make a new purchase.
